The Girl with the Red Scarf Turkish Selvi Boylum, Al Yazmalm is a 1978 Turkish romantic drama film, directed by Atf Ylmaz based on the short story The Red Scarf by Chinghiz Aitmatov, about a village girl who falls in love with a truck driver from stanbul. The film, which won three awards, including second best film, at the 15th Antalya Golden Orange International Film Festival, was voted one of theBest Turkish Films by the Ankara Cinema Association.

The film won the Best Director, Second Best Film and Best Cinematography awards at the 15th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. Additionally, Trkan oray was awarded the Best Actress award at the Tashkent Film Festival.
